How
do I book a table online?
Simple. Just fill out and submit the eform
for the restaurant that you would like to make a reservation at. You
will receive an email from us shortly after. (see
a list of participating
restaurants)
How
soon in advance should I make the reservation?
As early as possible. Most restaurants fill up fast. At the
latest, 24 hours in advance. Any earlier, and you MUST call the restaurant
directly.
How do I change or cancel a reservation?
Reply to the confirmation email that was
sent to you stating the changes or cancellations you'd like to make.
Please note: changes and cancellations are welcome, but NO
SHOWS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. We put this reservations system online
in good faith, please use it in good faith. If you make a reservation
and don't show up, we enforce a "One Strike and You're Out"
Policy.
What
type of customer service is offered?
Our travel specialist is available
24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (including holidays)
to answer all of your questions. Our average
response time is 36 minutes!
How do I add a special request or note to my reservation?
There is a place for special requests on the reservation
eform.

We

charges, busy signals and being placed on hold. Now, with the click
