delicious souffles. Available in chef andrew rothchild’s specialty

must be ordered at this time to ensure a timely delivery.

What an amazing atmosphere and meal. We were graciously given a tour
of the wine cellar which you should not miss. The service was first
rate. The meal was wonderful. Everything is ala carte and we over-ordered.
One side dish is enough for the table! "The Dickle" steak
was out of this world.

I have been to every restaurant on the beach and none compare to the
Forge. When you pull up for dinner on a Saturday and time rewinds
to a day when people dinned with elegance. From the moment you walk
through the doors till the moment you have your dessert every thing
is done to perfection, don't forget to get a tour of the wine seller
i have been going on it since I was a little boy and it still makes
my eyes open with delight of how stunning it is.

Ok, it has been 5 years since we moved from Chicago. Why did we not
find this restaurant earlier? Next subject. After having visited many
of the other restaurants here in South Florida, we all but gave up
on service and great food combined into one place.
The Forge "The Best"

The supersteak is "the most famous steak in America" but
if you get it be aware that it has no flavor. However the Oak Grilled
Prime Rib freaks out everybody who tries it. It is simply one of the
best meats on the planet. I have tried many other things in the menu
and everything is just incredibly good (except the super steak)....
The atmosphere and service are as incredible as the food. You definitely
get what you pay for.

The most fun you can have with your clothes on and a fork in your
hand. Just an absolute five star outrageous fun-fest. My sister, Shay
Griese and I met Patty Cerami there for drinks and steaks. It was
a full blown ambush by hardcore party mammals but the Forge handled
it with aplomb. Golf at La Gorce and steaks and drinks at the Forge
- if that's not heaven then I'll pass.
