Enchiladas En Salsa Roja
Very similar to the green enchiladas, and also homemade recipe of auntie esther, she grounds the seeds and the red chile, mixing onion, a little garlic and some other ingredient that she won´t tell, into a thick red sauce which she later fries slightly. Choice of beef, chicken or cheese
