The Hotel is nothing like the brochure. Yes, I was given an ocean
side view, which was wonderful if you don't mind washing your own
windows to actually see the view. Not to mention the windows do not
stay open unless you prop them open with something. My blinds did
not cover the window, and those left on, fell off. I used my Beach
Towels as curtains! The electricity went out, and I found this out
when I arrived back at my hotel after evening activities around 11
pm. The front desk associate named KIA was very rude, she would not
inform me of what was happening, and do you think someone escorted
me through the dark hotel to my room on the 7th floor with a flashlight?
DON'T COUNT ON IT! I ran into another guest who had been stuck in
her room by herself when the power went out. She also said that KIA
was rude to her. Also, KIA said there was no manager on duty, and
there was no one for her to call. Customer service is not on the priority
list at this place! The pool was never cleaned throughout my stay,
I did witness the pools on both sides of the Treymore being cleaned
daily. There was a toilet bowl in the hallway, the elevator hardly
worked. This place was no better than a sleazy motel. If you are on
a budget and don't plan on staying in your room but to sleep and shower,
this could be a great choice.

Staying at the Traymore would be great if I didn't get woken up every
morning by beeping form the delivery truck. NOt only is it every morning
but ever afternoon as well. So if you're trying to catch up on sleepn
with an afternoon nap from being woken up at 6:30 am chances are you'll
be woken up then too. The Laundry comes twice a day!
