hour cancellation policy - with No

After the 72 hour cancellation period,
there are no refunds.

if my flight or ship is delayed and I miss the shuttle? If
you miss the shuttle due to a late arrival, a credit towards same-day
private transportation will be issued.

is your hurricane policy? If a hurricane threatens to spoil your vacation,
we promise to waive all cancellation fees and secure full refunds

A confirmation of your trip will be sent within 12 hours of
booking.
Your credit card will only be charged after availability is
confirmed.
Reservations cancelled more than 72 hours before your first
scheduled trip will be issued a full refund. After the 72 hour
cancellation period, there are no refunds for any reason.
If
you miss the shuttle due to a late arrival, a credit towards same-day
private transportation will be issued.
We are not responsible for delays caused by breakdowns, road
conditions, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.
As we are a booking web site for contracted bus lines, you agree
to hold us harmless for actions by others and our sole liability
is limited to a refund of the monies paid us.
