I was drawn to this hotel because of its low rates and close proximity to the beach and nightlife. However, the conditions I was subjected to were totally disgusting, if not unsanitary. The first room I was put in, did not have a lock on the door. I quickly requested a new one. However the next room was worse. The toilets do not flush. My toilet backed up and overflowed several times. I called the front desk at least three times for help until I just gave up and searched for a plunger myself. When I found a janitor to help me, he told me that all of the toilets back up because the tanks are too small and changing my room will not help. We were not provided with adequate towels and NO washcloths. The maids will wake you up before 9 AM. Also a $200.00 deposit is required. Travelers beware of this place.
