Try to imagine paying for an upgrade to an oceanview junior suite overlooking a deteriorated rooftop located behind a very noisy elevator shaft, so you can’t sleep. This room should have been offered for a steep discount instead. Free car denting compliments of valet parking staff. Then watch out for chicken poop front desk manager who will try to sugar coat all of the hotels wrongdoings and overcharges. Got charged for a movie we didn’t watch and for valet service after being told it would be free. Restaurant is a rip-off too! In general the whole thing was a horrible experience. Should have stayed home.
