Wet Willie's: Racist Willie

During dinner at Wet Willie’s…we were asked by a waiteress to move our table and chairs over so that she could seat other customers. Now I would not have had a problem with this if we weren’t in the middle of chewing and sipping our dinner. And when I complained to the manager he was rude, and suggested that we didn’t come back. Not to worry, there are better estabishments, we can and will support on South Beach. I felt like Rosa Parks. I will NOT eat there again!

Wet Willie's is located at 760 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach.

The request to move your table is reasonable, even if you “were chewing and sipping your dinner”. What else would you be doing at a restaurant?

However, if the server asked you to move to a worse location (closer to the kitchen, near a server station, by the door), then you had every right to be annoyed.

vacations are for getting away from it all and enjoy yourself but when you take an additude with you thats not a good thing think about it. and remember when on vacation think possitive and have a wonderful time don’t spoil it with negativity.

I was kicked otu of Wet Willies before due to a rude waitress but i of course have gone back and i think its always circumstantial with dinning establisments like this one on south beach. Come on it wasn’t a 5 star its Wet freakin Willies not Smith & Wellensky. Relax, this did not surprise me at all.
