Showed up to find my reservation “transferred” to the President Hotel which is on a completely different block and has rooms like a Motel 6. Shame on you Penguin!! Apparently this is common business practice for them.
Penguin Hotel is located at 1418 Ocean Dr., Miami Beach, FL 33139.
