This hotel was terrible!!! The rooms were outdated and filthy. They looked like they haven’t been cleaned since the hotel opened over ten years ago. After seeing the bugs in my room, my friends and I checked out immediately. The little bugs were all over the counter in the room and there was a hole in the wall where they were nesting, making their way to the beds! The workers at the hotel were rude and very unhelpful, especially Phillipo. When we demanded to speak to the manager, they yelled at us, like we were wrong for not wanting to sleep with bugs. They also made a comment, saying that my friends and I were used to the Ritz Carlton, when in reality we are not high maintenance at all…we are used to clean! I would recommend staying in a cardboard box before staying there. We went to the Eden Roc hotel and it was paradise. A little off the strip but well worth the cab ride!

One hundred percent agree! Stayed at this hotel in Feb. of 2007 and will never go back! Came down with a horrible sore throat and cough the day we checked out!!
