On Christmas Eve 2006, I had one of the most horrible experiences ever from a restaurant! As my partner and I (a gay couple, I am American and my partner is from Rome, Italy) were waiting to be seated, the waiters were very loudly amusing themselves by making extremely offensive, homophobic and derogatory comments about us in Italian, not knowing that my partner is Italian! As we got seated my partner showed her dismay and we were told if we didn’t like it, we could hit the road. Beware, especially if you are a sensitive person.

Totally agree I don’t know who these waiters think they are, Im not gay but if you go on a date all of them start staring at her and is very uncomfortable and hard to enjoy your meal with all those guys trying to be funny… bottomline dont go! there are much better italian for the price.
