We booked this hotel to stay a night before catching our cruise from the port of Miami. It is rated a 2-3 star hotel but that is being kind! This building is very, very old and rundown with an elevator from a horror movie. No one there speaks English and just getting a cup of coffee in the morning was a disaster (2 cups of coffee in plastic cups for $6) The bed is extremely hard and the bathroom old and outdated. This place needed a renovation 15 years ago! I know South Beach is expensive and I have no problem with that. Just provide a place worthy of $150 a night please!!!
