This hotel was not good at all!! We came in at about 10:00pm. My sister and I each had 2 pieces of large luggage. There was no doorman to help and stairs to climb. Oops!! There is the doorman once we were inside, reading the paper!!! Yes he did apologize. The man behind the counter did not have my room. I booked it on the phone with a credit card 3 months earlier, had the names of the people I spoke with and even had a confirmation number. “Oh well I don’t have iti n the computer and we just don’t have the room you requested available!” He said with no smile or friendlinesss to be found. He said he would put us in a “suite” at no extra charge but we only had one bed, I had requested 2. Whatever. The “suite” was dirty in the corners of the room and VERY blah!! When I checked out the next day he over charged my account! To make a long horror story short.. it was bad and I would never recomend it! If you do chose to stay here it is at your own risk. If you like Days Inn, this might be ok for you, but at over $200.00 a night, I expected a little more than a Days! Don’t say you were were not warned!!
