Stella Beauty Salon: No beauty from this salon

First of all, when you go you’re not the only one, the same hairdresser takes care of 4 or 5 people at the same time (so you have an idea of the result of his work).

Second, they make you blow dry your own hair because obviously they’re to busy to do it.

When Billy finished with my hair, I couldn’t believe I paid $180.00 to look like a black and yellow taxi. He did the highlights over my black hair. In other words, a disaster!

Thanks for the heads up! I’ll be sure to take my own hairdryer with me so I don’t have to share. I’ll also be smart enough to pay attention to what they are doing to my hair before they have a chance to do anything disasterous.

I agree, although it took me 5X and a lot of Cash to make the leap. Often I was waiting for an hour, half finished, because of their extreme over scheduling, and paid around 230.00 each time. Terrible, Terrible service. I sent a letter to them and they never acknowledge. I guess they have so many customers that they don’t care about retention.
