I bought a messenger bag from Sisley store South Beach Miami. I changed my mind about it two hours later, and took it back for a refund.
They would not refund my money because they said no refunds on sales items.

The whole store has a 30% discount going on (they always have 20-30% off).

So in effect, this is their trick way of NEVER giving a refund!!! Be careful !!!
