Shelborne: Charlie, the Concierge

This was my first time in Miami Beach. I didn’t know anything about the area… I went to the concierge desk and Charlie the concierge was more then happy to help me. He recommended so many choice for food and fun. He saved my trip. I will definitely go back to the Shelborne and hopefully my buddy will still be there.

Hi, Natalia, thanks for telling us know about your experience at the Shelborne… I’ve heard some bad things about the concierges over there.

Last week, we had a customer from Australia who was VERY disappointed with the concierge at the hotel. The concierge sold them a tour with a company named Infinity, which almost ruined their vacation. When our customer spoke with the concierge about the bad experience, the concierge couldn’t care less.

Hopefully, Charlie cares more about his customers and does not work with disreputable tour companies like Admiral and Infinity.
