I’ve read some of the previous reviews… I didn’t experience any of the negatives I read.  The portions were generous, the food delicious, and considering the amount of foot traffic, the wait service was reasonable.  Our waitress was courteous, our food came reasonably quick, the only negative was that it was crowded and that the waiting area was basically the outside pavement but really, that just tells you how popular a spot that Big Pink is.
