I stayed at The Colony while in Miami visiting family. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The only complaint was the elevator was very slow and we had to use the stairs every time we went downstairs. Overall, it was great and I loved the edxperience and South Beach.
