Yuca: Horrible food and service

Well…6 of us went there for dinner and it was horrific. The empanadas were cold and the lobster croquettes were old, cold and flavorless. Worst of all was the rude and snide service. We eat the majority of our meals out at home and travel extensively. This is on the top 10 WORST list. We had great expectations and only the entress were acceptable…the desserts were literally unedible. Eat at any other number of places in South Beach…stumble into anywhere and get at least this good of food, pay less, and get treated better.

That’s sad to hear. Too bad, becasue from the outside, Yuca looks like a nice place. I especially like the seating on the second floor along that big window in the front of the restaurant.
