left some jewelery in the in-room safe. I realized it a week later and called the hotel security. Within an hour, I had a confirmation that they had the jewelery and were mailing it to me. Thank you for your honest staff.

First time here at Loews and will return. The staff is excellent. Although some of the visitors were a bit loud at night but that’s not the Loews fault.
Anytime I called to inquire or request something they were pleasant and accomodating!
