It was a big mistake to stay in this “hotel”. Front desk staff is rude and unfriendly. Rooms are dirty, bathrooms are in a next-to-catastrophic condition. On the wall in the bathroom, there is a box for Kleenex. It was empty. I called front desk, the answer was we do not provide Kleenex. No refrigerator in the room. Remember those 1-cent plastic caps that you can find in any road hotel? Guess what? There is no such caps in Continental. No caps or glasses whatsoever. There were two black ink dots on the sheet in my bed when I first open it. The dots did not change their position when I was leaving after four nights. Looks like they provide neither Kleenex nor clean sheets. Promised free wireless internet costs $14 per day. It’s called Oceanfront but it is surrounded with three buildings - my window was facing a brick wall of one of them. Parking space holds 8-10 vehicles. Of course, it was full. When I asked where shall I park my car, the front lady smiled ironically! and shrugged her shoulders. I paid $216 per night. BTW, now they charge $25 per hour for early arrival. And for guest convenience, check-in time is 4 p.m. and you must be out by 11 a.m. I am just curious why would they need 5 hours of free-of-guest room if they anyway do not clean them? Never again!
