My husband and I love great food. I grew up in Palm Beach, we’ve visited Spain together, been to Key West, NYC, etc. This was by far THE BEST dining experience I or we have EVER had. It was also the most expensive, but totally worth every cent. From the first sip (a champagne mojito) we said “this is the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth”. Then we had to retract it with the Tuna Tartare appetizer—“No, THIS is the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth”. Well, the night proceeded with a retraction at each course. The service also was exceptional—unexpectedly personal and sincere and just-right-attentive. The atmosphere made us feel like we were in a movie, and the music and singer were surreal. We decided then and there we had to come back to South Beach one day just to come to Touch. That was May ‘07, and we are now planning a return trip—just to go to Touch. It’s not only worth the $350 tab, it’s worth the airfare.
