Prime 112: Good Food, Bad Service

I am a South Beach local. I love the food at Prime 112 but last night the service was the worst ever. I was treated bad along with my girl friends. The waitress was upset about bringing us drinks when our glasses where empty. She was so rude and unhappy with her job. This morning I check my bank statement and I was charged twice!!! So were my friends!!! Now I have to wait a week for the money to be returned.

Prime 112 is located at 112 Ocean Dr., Miami Beach.

Wow, that’s no good. I hope you are able to get the money back without further problems. I would take the statement to the restaurant and complain to the manager about the experience.

They must return your money back. That waitress must be suspended or must me disciplined. Hope that no one will encounter that sick waitress again in Prime 112, that gives them a bad image of servicing.
