Creek 28: Fabulous food in a lovely environment  

We recently stayed at the Indian Creek Hotel for a weekend in Miami, and were pleasantly surprised by Creek 28, their new restaurant.  We enjoyed one early evening wine & nosh, and one full dinner - - -and both times the food was outstanding and inventive.  We particularly enjoyed the Eggplant & smoked tomato Napoleon, and the grilled romaine salad.  All our entrees were top notch as well.  The wine list was diverse and affordable.  The service was knowledgeable and warm.  The space was small, inviting and we could hear each other talk! A nice change from many other Miami Beach eateries.
