El Rancho Grande: Don’t bother trying to order delivery   2-Star rating

Don’t even bother calling to get your Rancho Grande delivery. It’s the third time in a few years that I attempt to do this.
I hated the service and food that I received.
Today, after receiving a delivery menu on my door, I decided to give it one last try. UNSUCCESSFUL! I had to hang up it was so irritating. The guy couldn’t take a number, a name, an address, and most importantly, AN ORDER!
For the love of God, don’t offer something if you can’t deliver on it.

El Rancho Grande is located at 1626 Pennsylvania Ave., Miami Beach.

Thanks for sharing, NMB_Foodie.

Restaurants that advertise delivery, but who are not set up to provide the service bug me too.

At least twice a week, we order Mexican food from San Loco. Happy to report, they always answer the phone and their delivery service arrives quick!
