Don Shula's: Beautiful hotel, lousy service  

The staff gave us wrong directions to the hotel while we were on the turnpike. It put us two hours out of our way. No apology given either when we checked in. They gave us a room on the third floor in a building with the elevator out of service. Our three days we had to use the stairs for everything. We had to change rooms right away since the room had a broken bathroom door. Instead of apologizing and giving us another room, they threatened with a room change upgrade charge but ended up giving us a room right next to the other one. The Manager on duty wouldnt even come out of his office. Guest service was horrible from the slow wait staff to the secuirty guard smoking outside in front of guests. They couldnt even print us out a reciept at check out or provide us with the address of the corporate office (eventually giving us a phone number). Such a beautiful hotel with nice rooms….horrible guest service.
