Albion Hotel: Bad Service at Albion Hotel  

The hotel was actually nicely decorated. The lobby and room were very nice but unfortunately the service was terrible. On the first night of our stay, the hair dryer started sparking and almost caught fire. The telephone in the room didnt work so we had to call long distance from our cell phone to complain and the problem was never fixed until the day of departure. The manager, who took the call on our first night, denied that we spoke with us although he said he was the only one working that night. He refused to comp us.
