Henrosa Hotel: AWFUL!!!

Absolutely horrible!! Roaches, prostitutes, mold, crack in the walls, rude front desk workers, horrible odor on the 3rd floor, leaking air conditioners, laundry machine outside along with the towels and wash rags on the ground, had to wait until 3pm to shower because the hotel had no clean towels. The health department came to the hotel and we were on the ch. 7 news that evening because 2 news stations came to follow up with the complaints filed by the Health Dept. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Henrosa Hotel is located at 1435 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, FL 33139.

I agree with the person who commented below me. I in fact used to work at this place which is HORRIBLE!!! They’re are roaches and water bugs at this hotel. The service is HORRIBLE. I recommend that no one stays at this hotel.
