On our recent vacation to Miami I insisted on eating at the 11th Street Diner. A great review of South Beach in one of our national newspapers wrote up the Diner, so this was a destination visit for us. Howard took great care of us and was pleased that I gave him the original copy of the article, which featured a picture of his fine building. The food was really good and we had quite an experience in the middle of a fun South Beach day. Order the meatloaf and a pistachio shake. The burgers were really good. My family and I will eat at the diner next time we return to South Beach.
