Miami Beach 411 Forum Member Captures Suspect In Photograph

Not only did news of police cordoning off a section of South Beach this afternoon quickly make its way to Miami Beach 411, we also got excellent photos of the suspect.

A forum member who goes by “northeast” managed to grab two photos of the suspect as he was being led away in handcuffs.

Details are not very clear at this moment. All we know is that police say the suspect reached into his pants as if to pull out a weapon and an officer shot at him, but missed.

The suspect then fled, but was eventually apprehended.
