Michelle and I are packing to leave on our Disney road trip. We decided to go early and review the hotels that are available with the Multi-day Disney trips that MiamiBeach411 now offers.

We are spending 1 night in a budget hotel outside the park, and the second night at the Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Our plan is to visit Islands of Adventure on day 1, and Animal Kingdom on day 2. The new Everest ride is open at Animal Kingdom, and I’m excited to see if it lives up to the hype.

Since we plan to visit Disney World again later this year, we decided to buy a 3-Day Play Pass. Florida residents can use the 3-Day Pass for up to six months from its first use. The cost is $120. You save $69 off the standard ticket price.

It is also recommended that you bring: sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, walking shoes, umbrella, sweatshirt or light jaket, backpack, water bottle, asprin, and hand sanitizer.

We will be in Orlando for 3 days, then driving to St. Petersburg to visit the Salvador Dali Museum.

We are returning to Miami on Saturday. While we are away, pay a visit to these recommended sites.
