MiamiBeach411+ Google Maps

MiamiBeach411 is using the Google Maps API to map:

Miami hotels
Miami restaurants
Miami attractions
Miami nightlife
Miami real estate
Disney World Orlando
Islands in Bahamas and Caribbean

We have a few more maps in the works; namely a Campgrounds map, and a map of the Florida Keys.

What’s fun is, you can drag the maps with your mouse, and use the slider to zoom in and out.

Yesterday, Google also added street level details and driving directions to its European Google Maps.

If you have an idea for a Google Map, post it in the comments. Don’t hold back on your imagination. Anything is possible. The sky’s the limit.

Update: We busted out a Miami shopping map for y’all.

Gus Moore heads up Miami Beach 411 as site administrator, where he has been helping people understand how Miami works for over a decade.

  1. google magic formula review says:

Sky’s the limit indeed. Google has it all: Earth, Maps, OpenGL, prints, docs, spreadsheets, calendars and so many more. How do they make any money if they offer it all for free?
