My husband had long since lost his job at the boat company, we had gone from Black American Express-fueled parties on the Gansevoort Roofdeck to our house being the one where scantily-clad girls spilled cocaine on the floor. I rarely left except to go to Publix and 7-11.  My dealer delivered.
