I’m Bored, What’s There To Do? (New Years Edition)

December 28, 2007 By Laurie in Miami: Local News

Do you want to spend your New Year’s Eve at home or do you want to party it up Miami-style? Here are your options. Make your reservations now!

You could spend the evening with Comedy Central’s Lewis Black at the Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater. OLA is offering a pre-show dinner special for $65. Ok, I’m sure that’s not what you had in mind when I said “party it up Miami-style” but it does sound like a good time.

New Year’s Eve dinner packages are being offered at DeVito South Beach (2 seatings, party included with the second seating); OLA (2 seatings); BED (1 seating but party available immediately following); Santo (2 seatings, includes access to Santo Lounge); Blue Door (1 seating, includes admission to the Delano’s New Years Party); The Forge (multiple dinner seatings, all-night party, and breakfast); China Grill (open dinner seating, open bar); Tuscan Steak; Mark’s South Beach (1 seating); and Hotel Victor (1 seating, just party option available, entertainment by The Honey Brothers, The Thrusters and more). These dinner packages offer a four to six course fixed dinner menu. Click on the restaurant name for more details regarding menu, pricing, and times.

You can find parties without dinner, but with plenty of music, booze and champagne toasts at Social with American Pie’s Shannon Elizabeth as well as some of New York City’s hottest DJs (includes a free admission ticket to the Miami Metro Zoo); Halo Lounge with Rachel Panay; Suite with Asia Fantasia and DJ Armand Pena; SET with Dirty South; Mansion with Kim Kardashian and DJs Colleen Shannon and Ted the Dillinger; VINO Miami; Prive (General Admission is already sold out as of this post); Opium Garden (Tables are already sold out as of this post but General Admission may still be available); mokai with DJs Frank Delour and Ross One; Studio A with Spam Allstars, ArtOfficial and Awesome New Republic. Most of these parties offer General Admission and Table reservations, open bar, hors d’ oeuvres, champagne toasts and more!

Visit the Event Calendar for other events going on this weekend and I’ll be back early next week! Party hard and be safe!
