Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant

The 16th Annual Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant will take place at The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 10pm. The event will be broadcast on FX and to all Hooters restaurants live. One hundred Hooters girls, selected from over 18,000 workers in 430 restaurants worldwide, are competing for the title of 'Miss Hooters International', $50,000, a feature in the Hooters magazine, and appearances in the Hooters calendar and national TV spots.

Contestants were chosen to represent their markets and home towns by competing in local swimsuit contests.

The winner of 2011 Miss Hooters International was Lindsey Wey of Fort Lauderdale, who placed in the top 10 behind winner LeAngela Davis in 2010.

Other awards will be presented, including Miss Hooters World representing 27 international markets, Miss Hooters Congeniality, Miss Photogenic and Miss Hooters Magazine Viewer's Choice, who is selected based on votes at facebook.com/hooters.

Tickets are available at the Fillmore box office or local Hooters restaurants.
