The 25th Annual White Party allows Care Resource, the oldest and largest community based HIV/AIDS provider in Florida, to dispense primary medical care, counseling, social services, clinical trials, information and referrals, community outreach, prevention, and education services at no cost to South Florida’s diverse communities. Care Resource was founded in 1983 in response to the growing HIV pandemic.
