This special exhibition takes visitors on a chronological journey of RMS Titanic, from its design and construction, through its fateful maiden voyage and sinking, to the scientific recovery efforts that made the exhibition of Titanic artifacts possible. Highlights include full-size recreations of some of the ship's luxurious interior spaces, including a first-class cabin, a large wall of ice you can actually touch, and a live interactive tour with more than 250 artifacts and historic treasures. The exhibit runs through Sunday, October 15, 2006. |
