Community Bicycle Ride

The City of Miami Beach is proud to present the City of Miami Beach Community Bicycle Ride on Saturday, August 11, 2007 at 9am. The ride will begin at Miami Beach Bicycle Center (registration begins at 8:15). The ride is 15 miles in distance and about 2 hours with a stop. The route is north to 88 St. and back through the scenic streets like Ocean Dr and North Bay Rd. The Miami Beach Police Department will provide an escort throughout the entire ride, ensuring safety and a continuous ride without having to stop for regular traffic. Navarro Discount Pharmacies will provide a cold bottle of water at the midway point of the ride. The ride is free for everyone who would like to participate. Bring your bike and helmet. A limited quantity of bikes and helmets are available for rental at Miami Beach Bicycle Center, call ASAP to reserve.
