The goal of yoga is the union of your mind, soul and body.
Enjoy a yoga class for all levels in Flamingo Park Wednesdays at 6pm. After the class you will feel energetic, strong and relaxed. Please bring your own mat or towel, water bottle and an open heart! Meet at open space across from playground. Invite your friends, family and pets! Classes will be canceled on rainy days and some holidays.
Fees: $20/8 classes, $10/4 classes, $5/single class
