Shipping
Shippping is Free. Shipping times vary depending on your distance
from Miami Beach. Allow 10 days for delivery
within the United States, 2 weeks for International delivery.
Travelers purchasing less than 10 days in advance, contact us and
we will make other arrangements to get the Pass to you.
How to Use the Miami Visitor Pass

All Visitor Pass discounts
apply for you and one guest.
•
When dining, present your card before
the bill is totaled (and in the case of professional
services, before the estimate is made) so the employee does
not have to void the initial transaction.
•
When dining, base any tip or gratuity
on the entire check before the discount.
Terms of Service
•
When picking up cards, you
must show voucher and proper ID.
•
For dining establishments, the following
major holidays are excluded: New Year’s Eve, New Year's
Day, Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter
Sunday, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day,
4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
Eve and Christmas Day.

The discount applies to in-store, regularly
priced merchandise only, and cannot be combined with any other
sale or promotion, including special-priced menus at dining
establishments.
•
MiamiBeach411 is not responsible for
traffic or weather conditions that may affect a traveler’s
use of the card.
•
MiamiBeach411 reserves the right to add
or remove participating businesses and portions of this Agreement
at any time.
