Mark Rutkowski has been painting the Art Deco District since 1984. A retrospective of his work "South Beach Paintings, 84 - 94" was held at the Museum of Art in Ft. Lauderdale. Mark often paints at the Marcel Gallery where his original works and prints are on permanent display.
