Boucher Brothers "Rude
and intimidating service"

On Dec. 27 my family and I were visiting the south beach area
and we had our two cousins rent two chairs on the beach. We arrived
about 90 minutes later and while our cousins went to take in lunch
and plug the parking meter we sat in the two chairs. A fellow by the
name of "Tommy" identifying himself as a manager said that
we had to pay for the chairs again since our cousins had rented the
chairs originally. I also pointed out that at no time is there any
signed agreement between the chair renters or do the chair renters
are informed of the "rules". My sister who recently had
knee surgery was sitting in one of the chair and was threatened with
calling the police. If this is the way that they treat the customers
we won't be renting anything else from them again and I will be contacting
the City of Miami Beach Mayor and City Manager about the service of
the Boucher Brothers attitude and service.

we did jet skiing here for the fourth of july weekend. the
experience was fun but the workers who take your information were
somewhat rude until they actually have your money. The workers in
the water were really nice and they are quick at saving people when
they fall off the jet ski's. I will return but its only because they
are the only company that offers jet skiing on miami beach.
