On holiday in Miami staying on Ocean Dr. - went to Tides last night
- food was excellent - service was crap - no water, no cutlery, long
waits, bread stale - 15% added (which is excessive by UK standards
but I appreciate when in Rome...) - what is custom in US - if you
do not get good service should you refuse to pay as in Europe or is
your only recourse vote with your feet and not patronize the restaurant
in the future?
