Greenview "Attractive,

We stayed at the Greenview South Beach Hotel for three nights. It
was a wonderful experience, especially as I was quite nervous having
read really scarey reviews for other hotels in the area. The Greenview
is not extravagent, but very attractive, clean and comfortable. The
rooms look as though they have all been completely redone recently,
with an attractive white and cream color scheme, and none of the old
type furniture it seems have been left in so many of the other hotels.
Although the hotel is not on the ocean, it's an easy two blocks
walk away from the ocean and everything else in South Beach. There
is convenient parking directly across the road during the week and
one block away during weekends for $8/day. It is also not directly
on Ocean Dr. or Espanola Dr., but minutes away, which makes for
a very peaceful, non-late-night-rowdy sleep at night. Everything
was extremely clean, and all the staff (both at the front desk and
cleaning the rooms) were extremely friendly and helpful. I would
definately go back there.
